Oakmere Lodge Park is a Stunning addition to Oakmere Park's portfolio.

The first phase of our prestigious New Lodge Park is nearing completion with five out of the six pitches now reserved or sold. Orders are now being taken for phase two. Oakmere Lodge Park will consist of 37 Luxury Lodges set in approximately 6 acres and the Park will be open all year on a holiday licence, exclusively for adults only (16 Plus).


Each pitch will accommodate twin Lodges from 40ft X 20ft upwards. They will be sited in a spacious free-form layout, positioned amongst a natural planting scheme designed to enhance the environment and encourage wildlife. Oakmere Lodges enjoy beautiful, panoramic views of the Malvern Hills and face mainly a South or South Westerly aspect.


* All Lodges are privately owned.
* Secure gated entrance.
* Lodges will be customised to Oakmere Park specifications which include:
* Full (BS 3632) Residential Specification, double glazed and gas central heating
* Decking and full skirting
* Canexel exterior cladding
* Private parking for 2 vehicles
* Metal gas storage bunker
* 4 X 47kg Calor gas cylinders with a changeover regulator
* Telephone land line and broadband maybe available subject to BT survey ( Additional costs apply).
* Dogs are welcome at the discretion of the Park Owner.
* We offer patrons a Calor gas collection and delivery service.
* The annual fees will include all routine Park ground maintenance.
* All Lodges have individual electricity and water meters.
* Each New Lodge has a minimum 30 year annual licence.
